Directions
3/4 cup rice 1/4 cuptoor dal 1 cup vegetables - 3 cups water in a pressure cooker, keep aside. Heat: 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add 1/4 tsp mustard seed 1 tbsp cashewnut curry leaves 1 diced onion 1 diced capsicum. Saute well. Add 4 tsp mtr bisbele bhath masala powder 3 tbsp tamarind pulp (1:5, tamarind: water) salt, cook well transfer: the masala to the pressure cooker and cook: on flame without lid.
