A large eighteenth century French copper pan which is either used as an escargot cooker or egg poaching pan. This would look fabulous displayed on a kitchen wall.
Four available for individual purchase (see last two photos).
This pan has fewer cups than an egg poacher which are smaller and more spaced out, suggesting that this is an escargot cooker. Nonetheless it makes a lovely set with the other three pans.
