The most playable in the range, Mizuno Pro 225 Golf Irons feature a reimagined Hot Metal Blade design for higher, more stable flight and enhanced ball speeds.
More compact than the original, the Pro 225 features a revised CORTECH multi-thickness face for even quicker ball speeds. They are constructed from Grain Flow Forged 4135 Chromoly steel and benefit from a copper underlay for a solid, consistent feel and maximum COR – Coefficient of Restitution – reducing energy loss for greater distance with every shot.
The lower irons (2–8) includes strategically placed tungsten weighting for improved launch on longer hitting. Scoring is improved on the 9–PW thanks to the stabilising 431 steel back weight for precise and penetrating ball flight.
