Replace paper sleeves with these high-quality sleeves that are the same ones that MoFi uses for its vinyl releases. They are imported, three-ply, anti-static, premium sleeves (similar to rice paper) and work with both LPs and laser discs. The back is a paper layer sandwiched between two sheets of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a translucent HDPE front.

These will keep your records sounding great both because there is less static build-up that pops in itself and also attracts dust, and also because there is no dust from aging paper sleeves.
